The location is great, the bed is comfortable and the view is excellent. The box has no door and drips all over the bathroom. The faucet was leaking (we had to shut off the apartment’s water supply constantly). Cleaning was lacking (there was a glass with lipstick stains).

Bathroom was a mess, neighbor was rude, and the view was to a cemetery. Not a place I'd recommend.

Location was spot on, but the gym was a disappointment.

The view was amazing, but the room smelled like cigarette because the neighbors smoked inside.

Sticking with this hotel again, Flat 1808 blew me away. Perfect view, water filter so no need to buy bottled water, TV works great, bed comfy, owner swaps linens, daily cleaning, breakfast costs 42 reais but you can make your own with toaster, kettle, microwave. 10/10. Wish I could have stayed longer.
