The hotel sits in a superb spot close to the central station, the port and the old town, and the staff were pleasant and proper; they gave us a room as early as 11 am, which was much appreciated, the breakfast matched the hotel’s level and the bed was comfortable. However, the facilities look very dated and badly need a makeover, the public areas are unattractive, and the three‑star claim feels exaggerated—I would cut a star without hesitation.

I didn’t find anything good here. The cleaning was almost non‑existent, the nighttime noise was intense, and the area was awful—full of drunk people, toxic crowds, and homeless folks.

Ottima posizione dalla stazione Piazza Principe al centro e Porto Antico. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata. Il condizionatore è rumorosissimo e non si può regolare la temperatura.
