The staff is so friendly and helpful. She assisted us a lot with tourist matters. The bed and bathroom were clean. The location is also good, near the BTS. Nothing else.

The location is close to the airport MRT and BTS, and the whole place feels very clean and comfortable, with a cozy common area on the first floor. The staff speak English and are eager to help, especially when you arrive very late and need to confirm the self‑check‑in process. Even the single‑bed rooms have a big sofa you can use, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. I liked it so much I’m already planning to come back.
