The owner moved me to a lower‑class room, and everything feels like it’s not worth the money.

I got lost and never reached the place I paid for, so I couldn't use the money and still haven't received a refund. I wasn’t directed properly, got lost, and had to book a return home—this is the worst experience I've had since joining the booking family.
