Only the food didn’t appeal to us, but everything else was very nice; the sea‑front hotel was beautiful, the interior was great, and we especially thank the receptionist Muhammed Salah.

“Zelo slabo”

The view over the hotel is decent, but most staff were unhelpful and everything else felt industrial. Organization was terrible—food was mediocre or even bad for European tastes. They had one station for making eggs and pizza for at least 500 people, and only one coffee machine for everyone. There weren’t enough coffee cups or glasses; the plastic ones were a disaster and everything leaked into them, even beer (see photo). The ice cream was mixed with a spoon that was a quarter of a cup long (photo). Lines were everywhere—first for cups, then for coffee. Wifi only worked at reception, which didn’t connect when people were around. The double beds in the rooms were tiny and functioned more like single beds. The hotel is a disaster in every sense; it seems they only care about money, and the way they serve people in those cups feels almost demeaning. Terrible!
