Adoramos a experiência, conseguimos fazer tudo a pé. Voltaremos com certeza!. N/a

I liked the location, but everything else was just fine.

I appreciated the location and breakfast, but the hotel was under construction and at 9 am on 30/09 a demolition crew started pounding, hammering, and dragging furniture, so I couldn't sleep until checkout and had to drive back to Rio de Janeiro. I called reception to complain about the noise and they said they could do nothing. I am a highly acclaimed autistic person, suffer from anxiety, take sleeping pills, was still high at 9 am, and had to leave the hotel and drive home to sleep. I spoke with someone who called themselves the “responsible” person who confirmed they couldn’t stop the work and couldn’t help me. If anyone thinks it’s normal to pay for a hotel and not be able to sleep, I don’t. I would like a refund for the stress and inconvenience.
