Located in Pollenzo, Albergo dell'Agenzia is a historic hotel situated near Alba and 10 minutes' drive from Bra town centre. This elegant building features 2 hectares of serene gardens, a pool with garden views, and a gym. The hotel is home to the Gastronomic University and the Wine Bank. Rooms offer free internet, flat-screen satellite TV, and complimentary water in the minibar.

The location and the pool are positives. Compared to before, the selection is smaller: there are only 3 kinds of fresh fruit, no soy yogurt, a few toast pieces and 2 mini buns. Very few local products – a disappointment.

The building is beautiful, comfortable, the room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast is very good. The staff are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the Langhe, and the parking is ample. The pool might be a bit small for the size of the hotel.

The rooms were cool and large, perfect for cooling off in summer! The facilities are great and generous. The pool looks bigger in the photos!

The building itself feels like an old convent; surrounding structures (towers, church) have the typical red brick of the region, rooms are spacious and comfortable, parking is free, location is ideal for exploring the Langhe, breakfast features regional produce. Service was minimal (for luggage handling), and the common areas were austere—was that intentional?
