Breakfast and coffee were perfect, and Toni at the front desk was always superb. The air conditioner didn’t work, but we sleep with the windows up, which was fine.

Tony at the desk was wonderful and the breakfast was great. All the room amenities were excellent, and I loved the big, newly renovated bathroom. The only issue was that the room was smaller than expected, but we made it work. Overall, very happy.

“Lovely location, great staff, not worth the price”

Given the price, the stay was very modest—nothing hot or special, but not bad, just meh. At that price point, a hot breakfast would have been more consistent. The staff were great—warm and attentive—but paying over $400 for what we received was not worth it.

“Disappointing”

The location was great and the staff were wonderful, but the room we stayed in was poorly designed. There was no wall charging for phones except behind 50‑lb bedside tables that we had to crawl under to plug in. No insulation between walls or floors meant we were constantly disturbed and woken by guests next to and above us, including heavy‑footed guests who could shake the urchin‑like light fixture above our bed at unreasonable late and early hours; we honestly thought it would dislodge and impale us and shared video evidence with staff. The windows and shades in the bathroom offered no privacy from the guest patio below, who could see me clearly during private moments, especially at night with the lights on, as I could see through the shades in reverse just as well. The mini fridge was in the closet and offered limited space for long hanging items so they didn’t touch the cold coils.
