“Good experience, great staff and food”
The price was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily breakfast buffet was healthy and tasty, yet the surrounding area was loud and unappealing.

The staff were friendly and the location worked for me, yet the place was dirty with cockroaches, the shower was broken, 4th‑floor water never came through, and even tap water had no pressure.

Nothing positive to mention; the host Bidya was absolutely rude and behaved horribly.
The staff were helpful, but the maintenance left a lot to be desired—cots were broken, the bed sagged making sleep hard, and both the A/C and fan produced excessive noise and creaking.

The location was fine and the customer service was good, but the room quality was poor: no landline to call reception so I had to use my mobile, and the water bottles weren’t refreshed daily because they were just refilled.
