Clean and centrally located near restaurants and major shopping, but the toilet closet was small.

Nice bathroom, comfortable beds, simple furnishings but enough for a city trip, very friendly staff, great location.

The location was perfect, close to all the major suggested things to do in Madrid and close to transportation to any other area, including the airport. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, although not fluent in English. The room was small but very clean and was cleaned daily. The wifi was sufficient
