The room was very large and spacious. It’s conveniently located near the train station, metro, and buses, and the price was affordable, offering good value. The host was very accommodating to my requests. The shower space is a little bit small, but that’s a minor detail. The street noise is a little loud, but manageable; things you can’t control.

The spot is spot on—just a stone's throw from the station and a handful of local eateries, and it stays quiet enough. Alex, the host, greeted us on arrival, guided us into the place, and was quick to answer every request on WhatsApp. The room was roomy, the bathroom shared only with a few others, and there was plenty of storage plus a shelf in the fridge. The only downside was the heat; no AC, but a fan was supplied.
