The hotel sits in a stunning spot; from the terrace you can see Coconut Tree Hills, the most photographed spot in Mirissa, just a two‑minute walk from the hotel. The owner is very kind and helps with every request, transfers, anything. The room décor is a bit old, and the bathroom is the same, but if you’re not as picky as we are, it’s fine—after all, rooms are mainly for sleeping.

The location is brilliant and the host is very good and helpful, but they could add another mirror outside the bathroom.

Central location, nice roof terrace, breakfast is sufficient, but we booked a large room and received a French bed… I wouldn’t book again.

The staff was good and the location is great. One of the best hotels for solo travelers, but there should have been a tea maker.

I stayed close to Coconut Tree Hill in a quiet spot, and the rooms were very clean with friendly staff. The laundry service worked well, the breakfast was fine, and the fruit was good, but the price felt a bit high.
