I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel's amenities and services exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's quality and service.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, starting with the hotel's cleanliness. The moment I stepped inside, I was hit with a strong smoke smell, and upon further inspection, I found that the beds, bed sheets, and even the path to the rooms were extremely dirty. To make matters worse, the water heaters weren't functioning properly, which made my stay even more uncomfortable.
