The location was good. The view from the room was bad, the door to the room was odd, the bathroom door was plastic, the light was weak in the bathroom.

Camera care am avot-o a fost o camera suita pentru 3 persoane mai imbunatatita dar mai trebuie lucrat la aspectul asta. Ce nu mi-a placut a fost faptul ca nu am mai intalnit pana acum aparatele de cafea , sucul si apa era ingradit cu mese de jur -imprejur cu mese si un baiat foarte dragut care nu mai stia cum sa faca fata situatiei . Nu avea cum face fata deoarece era singur iar noi eram o armata de oameni. Fructele sau terminat in jurul orei 9.30 nu sa mai adus nimic pana la ora 10.00 cand se termina micul dejun

“Experiență sub așteptări – probleme de curățenie și întreținere”

The hotel’s location is convenient and the reception staff were helpful when I asked for information. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of what I expected from a property of this category. Upon arrival, the rooms were not clean enough and had not been vacuumed properly. Reception told us that we needed to request cleaning and linen changes explicitly. I also noticed an unpleasant odor in the rooms, worn bedding, no mosquito nets on the windows, and old, sometimes damaged furniture. These issues should be addressed because they significantly affect guest comfort and overall impression.

The rooms and staff were good, but the exterior of the hotel does not match the interior.

The room was clean and renovated, the staff were courteous, and I received an upgrade.
