The hotel is a decent distance from the city centre, but the experience was rough. There was no lamp, no towels, no mugs, and the TV was broken. The front door didn’t lock, and a homeless man was in the foyer this morning. The bathroom lacked toilet roll and soap, and toiletries weren’t provided. The noise was constant all night, with banging that kept my 11‑year‑old daughter awake and scared. I couldn’t reach management at all. Don’t bother your arse here.

“Location good for stadium. The room didn’t match with pictures on website”

The location was convenient for traveling to and from the stadium. The room itself was just average. The bin was full of another guest’s rubbish, and a black bag of other stuff was left in the middle of the room. A kettle was present, but there were no cups. I couldn’t use the PIN code to enter the front door, so I was directed to the side of the building where we found an open door.

The location was great, but there was no access through the front door. The mattress springs were awful; I couldn’t sleep all night and felt the base of the bed when I sat on it. The property was fairly clean, but it felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The only positive was the location.

“Rooms that dont have easy accessibility to toilets can have a toilt with in the room”

Nothing positive to mention. The toilets, bed, and in‑room facilities were all lacking, and there was no switchboard near the bed.

“My one night stay”

The room was big and comfortable. The front door security was very poor, and the pad‑key lock wasn’t working. The washing machine disturbed my sleep; it sounded like an airplane taking off at the airport.
