The location was okay, but the room was filthy, the bedding was dirty, the towels were so worn they were unusable, and every area was dirty. The air was stale and it took a long time to cool.

“Decepcionante.”

Honestly, nothing stood out. The service and breakfast were disappointing. Breakfast ran from 07h to 09h; I went at 08h and the buffet was almost empty—coffee, bread, and cheese were gone, only a few fruits remained, and there were very few options. I had to ask the front desk if food could be replenished or if I could get a refund for breakfast. The receptionist went to the kitchen and asked staff to restock. We lost about an hour of our day waiting for coffee. Also, the mugs had broken rims.

“Excelente custo-benefício.”

The location was great and the leisure area cozy, the bed comfortable and everything spotless, but the breakfast options could use a bit of improvement; our room sat in the entrance circulation and café area, so early‑morning noise from people coming and going and the café was a bit annoying, and other rooms might not have that issue; the windows lacked blackout, and the gaps in the windows and doors let in a lot of light early in the morning.
