The staff were very kind and friendly, and the location is convenient for tourists. I would recommend this hotel if my friends ask me where to stay in Krakow.

Great place – intimate, stylish. Pleasant and helpful staff, excellent breakfasts – fresh, wide selection, everyone finds something. Plus the location is very good in the heart of Kraków. The bathroom had a freshener, which is rare, and towels were changed daily. The fridge had a slightly odd smell and was very loud, which was a bit annoying.
