The room was wonderful and the breakfast was also great. The location is really good. The young lady who thought she could speak roughly to the clients didn’t realize that I understood Italian poorly and tried to tell me that I was screaming and not respectful because she gave me a key card that didn’t work for the room but she tried to behave badly. When you are a black person they think you don’t understand everything. Be aware.
