The value for money. Located in an area with many restaurants and close to the university.

The room’s furnishings were dusty and the signage was frayed, clearly needing replacement or at least a check‑up.

The food was tasty, but because the building uses central heating it was a bit chilly in the early morning; after I asked the front desk the temperature rose, though it took a little while.
