The staff here are absolute gems - they're friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about making your stay enjoyable. However, be aware that the noise from nearby resorts can be a real issue, especially if you're a light sleeper. One of the standout things about this hotel is how clean it is - the rooms and common areas are spotless, which is a big plus in my book.
