The room was beautiful, clean, modern, and had a spacious bathroom; the view over the water was wonderful. The only complaint was that the front desk didn’t mention a shuttle that could take us over the bridge to Shoreline Village; they only told us how to walk there, even though a shuttle existed. It was walkable (about a mile), but that’s where the food and shopping were, so we walked that distance three times that day.

I like the Maya because the door doesn’t open onto a corridor, letting fresh air in the moment you open it, which gives a more resort feeling. The parking space could have been marked better; with numbers in the space, I wasn’t sure if it was okay to park there because the numbers didn’t seem to match a building number.

The location was great! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious, but the $50 daily parking rate was a downside.
