The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the trash bin was full of old rubbish, the shower was broken, there was only one towel for two people, and everything was dusty.

After driving for an hour to the lodge, I was told there was no room for me despite having a reservation and a confirmation; one lady was rude, blamed Booking and told me to find accommodation elsewhere, while another lady apologized, offered to call another hotel for me, and mentioned that if rooms were blocked on Booking I wouldn't have been able to book today.

The view was beautiful, the service friendly, and the food good; however, there were no curtains or blinds, the room was small and lacked a table, and the bathroom had a broken, mediocre basin.

The hotel was fabulous with highly professional management; every request was handled quickly and efficiently, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the management was very attentive to guests’ needs; the environment was wonderful and well maintained, making it perfect for events, weddings, and other receptions; we liked everything and the stay exceeded our expectations.
