The concept sounded good, but the reality was disappointing: the Rio Inn in Linda is full of tweakers, and this smaller lakeside version is even worse. It’s filthy, and they raise the price by claiming lakefront access while you can’t even use the water, which literally stinks. Also, the listing should state you must be 21 to rent; otherwise, someone could drive two hours only to find their reservation, held for two weeks, invalid because they’re less than a month from turning 21.
