I made the reservation and said it was an app error that they had no availability, so they made me stay elsewhere. Everything else.

They cancelled our reservation upon arrival at the hotel, exactly at 5:30 am. Curiously, if we had cancelled at that time, according to their policies we would have incurred a fee, yet they had no mercy and cancelled at that hour, claiming Booking’s platform was broken; that’s an insult to users and we would never recommend it.

Nada no me aloje, realicé una reserva desde abril para octubre y faltando 1 semana me cancelaron sin ofrecerme opciones alegando una supuesta fumigacion, pero falso se trataba que había un concierto muy grande en la ciudad y no respetaron mi reserva. Mal servicio
