Overall, the hotel was very good with solid facilities, staff, and cleanliness. It is a bit away from the city centre; walking takes roughly 10‑12 minutes.

The location is perfect for visiting the centre of Antigua Guatemala. There is no parking available.

The location, comfort, and especially the staff’s attention were very good. The room and shower were clean and comfortable. The rating refers to parking: when filters were added to the search, the hotel was considered to have parking, but the description did not state that parking would cost extra. The booking site gave points for parking. Upon arrival, we were told there was none, but there was a parking spot a few metres away that required an extra fee.
