The location was great, close to Ueno Park and the train station, with many restaurants nearby. This hotel was ideal for small children. We had a family room with two large beds, in‑room laundry, and a sizable kitchenette. I can barely find a complaint; the elevator was slow and the hallway was warm.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the station and convenience store, and the room size is decent with a bathtub for soaking.

The hotel sits in a perfect location – step out of the 3b exit on the Hibiya line, hop on the elevator and you’re there without lugging bags up stairs; the interior turned out smaller than I imagined, so I couldn’t open two 28‑inch suitcases side by side, and the double bed felt a bit narrow with pillows and a mattress that were on the soft side. The staff were outstanding, almost everyone spoke Chinese which made communication a breeze, and when the August 23 Tokyo quake cut the water, they dealt with it swiftly. It’s an apartment‑style property, fully stocked, with a fridge big enough for cooking, and all the pots, pans and dishes you might need.
