“Ótimo custo benefício”

The location was excellent, close to various shops (bakery, markets, pharmacies), easy access roads, and an exit; it was near the beach, in a quieter part of Praia de Ponta Negra, on the opposite side of Morro do Careca. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were very helpful (reception, kitchen, garage). The rooms had silent air conditioning, comfortable beds, a spacious lounge/kitchen, and a balcony with a beach view. The TV channel equipment didn’t work even after replacing the converter; the double‑bedroom window “whistled” with wind through a crack, so a wedge had to be used to isolate it. Of the two social elevators, only one was operational, so for those on the 18th floor it required some patience to go up or down; at times the elevator broke down and the service elevator had to be used.

“Arrumem o elevador!!!”

The location was good and the service was very good, but the elevator was extremely slow and poorly maintained; only one of the two social elevators worked and it kept passing the floor without stopping, so I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for it, and the elevator call buttons were broken.

The flat was good, fully equipped and with an amazing view. The only downside was that only one elevator worked; the one on the 9th floor rarely operated, so we had to go down to the 8th to call it, and even then it was slow. I ended up using the stairs because of the delay. I stayed on the 9th floor. At check‑in, scheduled for 14:00, I arrived at 14:20 and still had to wait over half an hour before the flat was unlocked. Every time we mentioned the elevator problem on the 9th floor, they just said a ticket had been opened and nothing else. I stayed for six days.
