I recently stayed at a charming hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The individually designed rooms were a delight, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The peaceful atmosphere and serene surroundings made it an ideal spot for a larger group, and I felt like I was truly immersed in the authentic Alentejo experience.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was marred by some disappointing experiences. Despite sending a questionnaire beforehand indicating that we had children with us, we were not provided with an extra bed as requested. When an adult didn't show up, we were still charged for the entire stay, and we were asked to pay a 400-euro deposit, which took a week to be returned after multiple requests.
