The room is good, the evening reception is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. The friendly staff at breakfast will stay in our best memories—simply top! The location isn’t ideal for tourism, and the room is very noisy.

Overall, nothing impressed us—from the breakfast buffet to the stale room; it was very quiet, but that’s all. Photos show dirty mattresses, with hair, likely semen stains, blood and urine spots. We were not surprised that the coffee machine had wooden stir sticks, the milk was always empty, and the sausage and cheese platters were missing the promised baked goods. Complaints were taken, but the response revealed what the breakfast lady had intended. We received a business card for the management to complain to, which was it. A responsible person was not on site on the departure day (Saturday). A brief note about the reception… no thanks, no please, no explanation, and certainly no goodbye. Regarding housekeeping… the woman in charge only said she would look into it… In short, all staff were rather grumpy because of the bank’s mood, except for one friendly lady at the arrival desk, but that was it. Unfortunately, we could only upload one picture, but I can send the rest upon request.

The hotel’s location really appealed to me. It has a modern, sleek design and a pleasant atmosphere. I especially appreciated the very nice and friendly staff. In the first room, the air conditioner was unfortunately very loud, with a strong airflow, and couldn’t be turned off. The room change went smoothly, and the second room was fine. The modern design is generally good, but it’s quite maintenance‑intensive, which you notice in some spots. Personally, I would have preferred a different floor covering than carpet. The rooms are somewhat noisy.
