The location is great and every bed has its own outlet. The toilet was very dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Sleeping for a day was fine, but nothing matched the pictures on Booking.

There was nothing good. We agreed with the hotel that check‑in would be between 22:00 and 23:00, but we arrived at 21:15, which we had already informed them, and a man told us that all rooms were full. The app chat told us to call a phone number to report our arrival time, but when I called that number I had no idea who I was talking to, and when I tried to contact the hotel through the chat no one answered. They left us stranded on the street with no solution, and they feel like scammers.

We showed up in Tirana expecting a private room for two, only to find the listed property didn’t exist. The address led to a hostel under another name that had no record of our booking, and because we arrived late at night we were first offered a shared, run‑down space. After wandering the streets we were moved to a different hotel that did have a private room, but it looked far worse than the photos and we had to fork out extra cash for the night.

We got a room with air‑conditioning and two big, comfy beds, and the bathroom was spotless. There was a shoe rack right at the entrance, which was handy, and overall the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent.
