The breakfast was decent, the place was very quiet, and the balcony view was lovely, but the lady assisting with check‑in was extremely rude and unprofessional, I had to change rooms more than three times—especially at 1:00 a.m.—the first room I was given already had someone staying in it, the second room we were assigned to we couldn’t even get the door open, and after dealing with all of these issues and the inconvenience of having to repeatedly move from room to room, I finally requested a room with a balcony door because of everything we had experienced; I expected better customer service and a much smoother check‑in experience.

It was very clean and in a very good location; there wasn’t anything bad about this property. It was an older location, but besides that it was great.

The outdoor pool was amazing and my room was extremely clean. I really enjoyed my stay here. I honestly cannot think of anything
