We stayed here just to wait for our flight back home after midnight so we could use the pool. The pool was busy and there were very few lounge chairs available. The beds were softer than the typical hard ones you often find in China. No complaints – the hotel met our expectations.

The Sheraton Chongqing Hotel is one of the best places in Chongqing for me: modern, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, large windows, and a nice view of the Yangtze or the skyline, plus overall high‑quality and clean facilities. The location is especially great, right on Nan Bin Road by the river, with a lit skyline in the evenings and a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast offers a wide range of Chinese and international dishes in good quality, so both business and leisure travelers are well served. The service is friendly, professional, and helpful; check‑in and check‑out run smoothly, and you’re easily taken care of in English. Overall, the Sheraton Chongqing Hotel delivers a very cohesive package of location, comfort, and service and is absolutely recommended for a stay in Chongqing.

The hotel was spacious, located in a quiet area yet close to Chongqing’s action, breakfast was amazing, the hotel was full but never felt crowded, staff were kind and professional, and the facilities were good.
