I was pleased to find the staff at this hotel to be friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was also clean, which was a plus. However, the noise insulation was poor, and I could hear everything that was happening in the lobby. Additionally, the windows couldn't be blocked out, making it impossible to sleep during the day.

I had a great rest here after a long journey, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were satisfactory. However, I was a bit inconvenienced by the no-smoking policy in the rooms, which I understand but still found a bit restrictive.

The room I stayed in was clean, which was a plus, but unfortunately, it was also quite small and lacked some essentials like soap. Moreover, the heating system was a bit too aggressive at night, making the air feel stuffy, and I had a hard time sleeping comfortably.
