“Miejsce niezłe, ludzie nie”

The apartment is spacious, with a separate bedroom, a kitchenette in the main room, air‑conditioning in the bedroom, and a well‑maintained pool on the top floor. It’s quite close to 5th Street and to shops like Soriana and Super Aki for daily groceries. The staff’s attitude was problematic—every cleaning required a WhatsApp chat, and each time they tried to charge us extra, always for something more. We were asked to pay 250 MXN (50 PLN) for towel changes (no linen changes, for example). When it turned out that a larger cleaning had been done by mistake by the person contacting us on WhatsApp, we received no apology, even though we were accused of requesting more than we actually did. Initially we received two rolls of toilet paper, and if we hadn’t asked for more, the cleaning staff (who were friendly and did a good job) would have probably been enough for a month. This ruined our impression of the place, as did the condition of the kitchen items—a single dish sponge for a month, damaged/burnt/warped pans, no hot water in the sink, no toaster that was listed on Booking, a rusty clothes dryer, etc. We cannot recommend this place to anyone, unless you’re angry. If someone stays two nights it might be fine, but for a longer stay I definitely advise against it.

The property is completely unsuitable for staying. The bed had bedbugs, and the bedding was covered with evidence of their presence. This poses a serious health risk. We had to leave immediately and find other accommodation at our own expense. No real help was offered, only symbolic compensation. I strongly advise against it—these conditions are unacceptable.

“Nie wieder!!”

The hotel complex feels overall very inviting, especially the entrance area—a nice rooftop terrace with a pool that invites relaxation. Unfortunately, our room did not meet expectations at all and differed greatly from the pictures. It was very dark and unwelcoming. Directly in front of the door, chemicals were stored in plastic containers, and there was also the house’s trash bin, which was very unpleasant. There were no windows that could be opened—only the front door—so many mosquitoes entered the room, forcing us to keep the windows closed and making it very hot. The air‑conditioner was mounted directly above the bed and dripped condensate onto the pillows, further disrupting sleep. The furnishings seemed indifferent and improvised, such as simple granite slabs as nightstands and a lack of storage for clothes. The bathroom was also impractical: a very small sink without a shelf and a high faucet that constantly wet the floor. Additionally, there were serious hygiene problems—black mold on the wall, ants in the room, and we even saw cockroaches. Most disappointing was that the hotel did not respond to our complaint or request for a different room. Overall, we felt that this room was more like a storage closet than a guest room.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It’s a bit far from Fifth Avenue and the nightlife.
