The only thing I liked was the pool’s location and the very friendly check‑in lady, but almost everything else was terrible: the parking is a guarded lot where you must pay 30 € a day in cash—no card accepted—then you’re told to go to a bank to withdraw, only to find your car parked on the street outside the blue lines; even after pointing this out they never move it, which feels like a joke and I fear a ticket might come. The place even charges two‑year‑old children, yet offers no baby facilities like a bassinet, and everything listed in the services is false—no water bottle, no breakfast, and the room is fine but nothing else. I will never stay here again.

“Dopo essere arrivati sul posto era tutto bellissimo quasi non volevamo uscire dalla stanza in relax”

The Luci room and bathroom were beautiful, but the garage in front cost 36 € a day and was supposedly secure and professional, yet the owner sent us to another unsafe garage for our rental car and the staff were rude and wouldn’t accept card payments.
