The view overlooks the river, and it’s a short drive from Paihia, which has many good restaurants, and from the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. The owners are very kind and welcoming and they prepare a great breakfast.

The location is amazing right on the river. The host Martin is fabulous and made us feel very welcome. As seasoned travellers, we felt this was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely place, with a breathtaking view of the river right from our room. The breakfast was top-notch, and our host was super welcoming, giving us loads of tips on what to do in the area. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute drive from Paihia, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere. It's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Everything about our stay at this place was top-notch – from the comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfasts, we couldn't fault it. The hosts were also super friendly and helpful, giving us loads of tips and recommendations for things to do in the area.
