The staff were nice and friendly. The room got a little muggy at night, so I had to get a fan, but they had one ready, so it worked out.

The location was good. The bed bugs were terrible – I had bites all over.

I loved the room and the amenities. Construction noise made moving around a bit tough, but it was still doable.

The central location was great. The hotel used to be beautiful and upscale, but it feels like the old standards have slipped. The room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t spotless either, and the furniture was worn.
