I arrived at the location only to discover the hotel had been closed for more than a year; I should have checked their partners. I’m still waiting for my refund and never got to stay at the property.

When I arrived the hotel was closed, only money was taken, and I feel it’s a scam or fraud; this hotel and the app are the worst. I can’t believe this could happen—absolutely the worst.

I cannot say anything positive because the property is still closed, and I booked and paid only to find out it was still closed or shut down.
