“Viel Geld, wenig Leistung – enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit erheblichen Mängeln”

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for our trips to London. However, paying almost 900 € for five nights was a complete disappointment! The rooms and corridors were dirty, the sink was damaged and posed a danger, soap was missing, the dishes were filthy, and the sewage smell was extreme. There were also massive nighttime disturbances until 3 a.m., especially uncomfortable with minors. The breakfast mainly consisted of cheap pre‑made items. The online photos and reviews did not match our experience. The management’s response was especially disappointing: despite a detailed complaint, no compensation was offered. Bottom line: terrible value for money. We will never stay here again and would not recommend it.

“Great place and value for money”

The room was bare, modest, and clean. The breakfast was limited, but I still appreciated that they offered something. Also, the blinds in my room (21) need replacement because they don’t block sunlight; they look crudely installed and misaligned. This shouldn’t deter you from booking, it’s just an observation about my room.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the blue light from the heater/air‑con was always on, making the zoom room too bright; it would have been better if that could be switched off.

I appreciated the clean, comfy rooms and the laundry, gym, and simple continental breakfast, plus the bonus of a microwave and cooker in the room—great value for money! The only drawback was that after 9 pm, checking in meant waiting for staff at the door to grant access.
