The facilities were very good. The beds were comfortable and the refuge had continuous heating and a private parking lot. In its surroundings there’s a small native forest and access to the Tagua Tagua lake beach, truly beautiful! What was missing for an even more glamorous camping experience were shampoo and a hair dryer… but it’s a small detail.

I slept in a cozy, warm room and the staff were super friendly, plus the view of the lake was dreamy.

The location was perfect, the surroundings were beautiful, and it faced the pier. The café was closed and there was no on‑site staff to attend us.
