I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, but I especially want to mention the doorman who was working during the daytime earlier this week. He was exceptional ,extremely helpful, kind and professional. I was genuinely impressed by the level of service he provided. He really made a difference to my stay and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you!

The hotel has a lot of potential but is poorly managed; there was no soap in the toilets and the rooms smelled strongly of cleaning products.
