The hotel’s location in Pattaya is obviously convenient. We rented a car, so the parking lot was very helpful; I’d heard about hit‑and‑run incidents, but the parking lot had a guard, which put my mind at ease. The food varied and was tasty, though not very Japanese‑friendly, so I got bored on the third night. Terminal 21’s G‑floor parking can be accessed via the EV hall. The washlet was the best, the TV was large with Japanese channels, and there were several streaming sites. The entire building is non‑smoking, so even the balcony is off‑limits; you can only smoke at the outdoor entrance, which was a nightmare for smokers.

The location, facilities, staff, and customer service were all great, but the lights were a bit too dim for us seniors.
