The resort concept is fantastic, the Domes are truly unique, and every staff member was warm, calm, attentive, and extremely helpful. The property itself is amazing, with a private beach, spa, pool, food, and other amenities that made our stay unforgettable and enjoyable.

The whole place looked gorgeous and you could feel the top‑end quality everywhere. The staff were on call 24/7 and handled everything smoothly. The spa was the best we’ve ever seen and the food was delicious. We stayed for our wedding and everyone went above and beyond. The only downside was the loud neighbours that sometimes disrupted the calm vibe, but the staff did intervene and try their best. We also wanted to book Barbarossa for dinner, but an event with loud music was happening and it ruined the mood; no problem, just wish we’d known earlier.

The gym was great, the rooms were fine and the hotel itself was clean and lovely. The reception was a bit confusing – you’re dropped into a car park, unsure if you’re in the right spot, then a buggy takes you to a tiny cabin to check in. It felt like the staff were from a 3‑star hotel. At breakfast, one guy took orders for the whole restaurant, and it took 10 minutes to get a coffee. When I asked for extra eggs, I was told it might not be possible because it’s a set menu. These small issues are unacceptable when you’re paying £6/7/800 a night; they left me frustrated and stressed after breakfast, which should be relaxing. The rest of the hotel was actually nice, but I won’t return because of these problems.
