The room was fairly spacious and the layout worked well, but the bathroom felt dated, the faucet showed rust, and the wall tiles were visibly moldy, making me uneasy; even after the manager tried to fix it twice, the result was still poor.

1. Breakfast was a limited spread on the ground floor of toast, jam, rolls and boiled eggs – it would be great to partner with the shop next door for something tastier and prettier. 2. The worst part was the water temperature flipping between scalding hot and icy cold, forcing me to keep adjusting the tap to find a middle setting.

The only real plus was the on‑site parking, which made dropping off the car a breeze, and the fact that a weekend night cost under two thousand, which is fairly cheap, plus the staff were reasonably friendly. On the downside, everything felt dated, the bathroom showed mold spots and the soundproofing left much to be desired.
