The location is super strategic, especially for food, shopping, and easy access by motorbike, car, or taxi. I always stay here when I vacation in Jakarta :) The parking area is spacious and safe 👍🏻
The homestay is close to my parents’ house in Priok, so I always stay here when I go to Jakarta. The homestay rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staff were very courteous and helpful, and there’s a laundry on the premises. Basic necessities are easily available in the neighbourhood, but the air‑conditioning only worked at limited capacity and clearly needed maintenance.
The price and facilities are good, but the toilet bowl isn’t clean.
