“Give this accommodation a miss.”
The only good thing was the location. We booked a twin room, received one bed, no towels, and the room was poorly kept, damp and dirty. The front‑desk staff seemed uninterested and offered no help. We had booked six months ahead but left the next day, staying elsewhere. This property raises safety concerns and likely wouldn’t pass an audit. The only reason we stayed one night was that it was after 11 pm when we finally got into the room. Very, very disappointed. I think I have made my opinion very clear.
