The bunk‑bed room had a table and chairs, which was great. The outdoor smoking area had a lot of mosquitoes.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful—many thanks for all their hard work. The check‑in process was very efficient. I absolutely loved the design and layout of the place: the photos don’t do it justice—it’s so eclectic and artsy, with all manner of different paintings and posters, manga, and other stuff. The free tea and coffee were much appreciated. The beds were comfy; I was in the non‑Japanese room (the bunk beds) and I really loved the layout, especially how you enter it, but I won’t spoil the surprise. Nothing at all, honestly: probably one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in a long time.

The owner was very helpful and made the check‑in at the last minute a pleasant experience; I’ll book again next time. My friend was upset because there was no anime.
