Everything was fine, the facilities are very nice and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and answers all questions, and they understand you well via WhatsApp, except for one issue. The food, however, is not appetizing at all and seems to reuse the same dishes from morning, afternoon, and evening; I felt it was because there weren’t many guests, but honestly I couldn’t eat what they prepared.

“Desagradable”

I had no positive experiences and nothing that I liked during the stay. Nothing about the accommodation pleased me. The location and entrance were very uncomfortable and the GPS didn’t recognize it. The reception service was terrible, the employee was very hostile and unhelpful. The beds were terrible and extremely uncomfortable. The quality of food and drinks was very poor with very limited availability for an all‑inclusive. The room even had cockroaches. The pool area looked awful, with very neglected facilities.

The buffet’s weather service was fine, the show pictures, publicity and deluxe berry were nice, but when you arrive everything is old and ugly, it’s creepy day and night, the cleaning is bad, the paint looks like Stein and it’s all ugly.

“Perfect hotel for family and visit Tulum ruins”

This hotel is fantastic for families. There’s a rooftop pool you can use anytime, which is perfect when you just arrive and are dealing with jet lag—you could watch the sunrise in the pool before breakfast. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. The rooms and beds are cozy and clean, and you’re really close to the ruins—just five minutes on foot.

“La mejor elección en Tulum!”

The location, staff attentiveness, jungle views, and facilities are all great. Plus, being only a few meters from the Tulum ruins, the cenote is spectacular! The all‑inclusive package is perfect.
