The service from Cleide was outstanding—she welcomed us at check‑in with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism, making the whole process simple and welcoming. Always ready to help, she smoothed our communication and made us feel at home from the start. Her attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to our comfort set a rare standard of excellence. The house was impeccably organized, very clean, and wonderfully fragrant, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the pet‑friendly environment let us bring our animal along, adding joy and calm to the trip. Undoubtedly, this place is welcoming, well‑maintained, and prepared to serve guests with excellence. I have no negative comments; everything was excellent, from the service to the accommodations, meeting all expectations with comfort, organization, and attention to detail.

Everything was perfect: the space was immaculately clean and cozy, the facilities were great, and it was quiet and peaceful all the time, with only nature’s sounds in the background—ideal for a family getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, the sheets and towels were spotless, the hosts left a sealed water jug for us, and they even gathered persimmons and avocados for us to take home; service was a solid 10, and we’ll definitely return. There was nothing at all that needed complaining about.

We stayed for three days and it was a great experience! The house was very clean, everything was very organized, and it had everything—a fully equipped kitchen! The rooms and living area were very well distributed. We’ll return if God wills 🙏🏻

The farm is gorgeous—spotlessly clean, well‑equipped and tidy, with a fully fenced area so my little dog and the kids could run around worry‑free. The hosts were wonderful, attentive and kind; since we didn’t know Santa Isabel, they gave us directions and even came to pick us up at a spot about 5 minutes from the farm.
I liked everything exactly as it was: from the hospitality of the hosts to the excellent cleanliness, the place had everything we needed, bedding and bath linens, household utilities. The location is perfect for a weekend with family. There is nothing that dissuades us.
