All the hotel's facilities are excellent, which is what made it one of my top choices. I have stayed here multiple times, and each time had its own unique and special touch. Unfortunately, the reception this time fell far below expectations. I spent over an hour waiting in line. On top of that, the receptionist asked me to leave our IDs so she could finish the process and send them up to our room, but that never happened. Because of the poor treatment, I decided to check out early. When I told the front desk staff that I would not return after this experience, the employee simply replied, 'It doesn't matter if you come back, it's your choice.' I was deeply disappointed
